One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by a dedicated team. Tirtha Bayu Estate’s staff has been professionally trained and they are all adept at anticipating your every need, even before it becomes one. Many of the staff members come from local villages and will be happy to share insights about Balinese life and culture – should you wish. But if you prefer less ‘facetime’ that’s ok too, just discuss your preferences with your Villa Manager.
Tirtha Bayu Estate’s friendly manager can answer all your questions about the estate and surrounding area, and is responsible for the day to day running of the villas, overseeing the staff and assisting guests during their stay. If the villas are not booked together, the Villa Manager shares duties at both villas.
The supervisor directs the team to ensure a seamless stay for guests.
The Estate’s private chef will be delighted to prepare anything you request, from Indonesian signature dishes, to western, Asian and vegetarian cuisine. Feel free to discuss your dietary requirements or preferences and allow the chef to craft delicious meals that even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy.
Butlers (Villa Attendants)
The villa butlers are at your service to ensure that all your requirements are taken care of. They can serve drinks, meals and snacks throughout the day, as well as perform housekeeping and domestic duties.
Garden and Pool
A gardener maintains the villa’s tropical gardens and pools. A maintenance man is also on hand to fix any problems that may occur.
Security guards work shifts to provide 24-hour security.
